Acquisition
Riften Marketplace, inside the covering of the well, stuck on a board with a knife.
Treasure
North-east of Sundered Towers, on the cliff above Broken Tower Redoubt, a strongbox at the foot of a tree stump near a pair of stone archways.
There are three ways to reach the location:
- You'll pass Sundered Towers during the quest The Legend of Red Eagle by going through Red Eagle Redoubt.
- Head east on the road from Soljund's Sinkhole until the path opens up, then go north-northwest.
- Head up the mountains north-west of Rorikstead.
