Acquisition
Given to the player at the end of the quest 'I want my amulet back!'. In order to start the quest, a note from the notice board in Ben Erai must first be read. Travel to the Forgotten City and retrieve Metilius Arentino's amulet from the corpse of his assistant, located right at the city entrence. After returning the Amulet to Metilius Arentino, he'll award you the weapon.
