Acquisition

• If you choose the Stormcloak side during the quest "Battle of the Champions", the item is found in the Stormcloak chest in the War Room of the Palace of the Kings in Windhelm.
• If you choose the Imperial side, the item must be looted from the Stormcloak Champion.

Notes

• Requires Civil War Champions.
• The chest requires a key which can only be obtained by siding with the Stormcloaks.
• The display can take both the original and the replica.
• You need to have the original in your inventory for the replica recipe to be available.
