Acquisition
North Shriekwind Bastion, in the hidden treasure chest shown on Treasure Map XVII, on a platform above the entrance. It does not appear until the treasure map has been obtained.
Active Effect
When you have the Scales in your inventory, an active effect is placed on your character. It increases Stamina, Carry Weight and Magica Regeneration, but Reduces Speech.
