General Info
Karagas' Tower serves as a player home after its discovery during The Excavation of the Ruins of Rkund. The player can teleport to this home with the spell "Recall to Karagas' Tower" which comes available when The Tonal Staff of Karagas is in the inventory. With close to no loading screen the player can teleport to it and back, making it a very good alternative to The Ayleid Crossroads.
Little is known about Karagas himself. Because he lived through the Aetherium Wars sometimes after 1E 221 and supposedly disappeared with the rest of the Dwemer in 1E 700, he was over 450 years old while working on the Transmutation Forge.
Due to the fact that the containers are not linked with the Sorting Chest in The Safehouse, the player may find it tedious to make their home here instead of in the Safehouse itself.

Outside
The player is able to board the Dev Aveza from the outside area of the tower. Click the button on the left after leaving Karagas' Quarters and it will summon the airship. There's also a fast travel point here.
