Trivia
Originally, the first release of Odyssey was going to be released for both Special Edition and Legendary Edition. However, this plan was dropped due to a combination of Legacy already pushing the engine for LE to the brink, as well as icecreamassassin disliking having to maintain 2 separate versions.
At one point, the excavations would have been set in the Beyond Skyrim worldspaces. However, because of how long development on the Beyond worldspaces has taken so far, as well as the fact that there are no Beyond projects for Valenwood, the Summerset Isles, Akavir, or any of the islands of Thras, this was scrapped in favor of having their own worldspaces.
