- The Katariah, on a shelf during or after the quest 'Hail Sithis!'.
- Can be bought from Urag gro-Shub in The Arcanaeum.
- Carried by Mirabelle Ervine. Can be pickpocketed from her or taken from her corpse after she has been killed.
