Acquisition

Can be crafted at the Skyforge in Whiterun after completing the Companions quest 'Glory of the Dead'.

Smithing Recipe

"Orcish Smithing" perk required:

• 1 Honed Ancient Nord Mace
• 2 Steel Ingots
• 1 Corundum Ingot
• 1 Leather Strip

Notes

• Requires Heavy Armory.
• Either this weapon or the one from the Fishing CC will display, depending on your load order. If you have the Fishing + Heavy Armory Synergy Patch, the Fishing weapon will display.
• You must have at least 1 Honed Ancient Nord Mace in your inventory for the recipe to show up.
• Armory items cannot be put manually on display. Use the Display Prep Station in the Curator's Office or put them in the 'Armory Storage' cabinet at the stairs to the armory's lower level for them to display.
