  • I noticed you took it off the non-displayable list, but I have all the updates and can't find a display. It didn't go in the jewelry cabinet, so where exactly is it meant to go?

  • Would you be able to split the armory pages real quick? I'm almost done with Jaysus swords and have the Iron display complete, so I can start dropping in pics and writing catalogue lists.

    • Oh, I see what you mean now. They don't show up in comments. XD Sorry, we don'y use those in the other sikis I edit so I wasn't familiar.

    • Nice. So I made two small fixes.

      1. Removed TWR reference since that's integrated.

      2. Made all other abbs into their SSE version.

So for IA IW HA DA a simple addition of SE wil point them to the SE nexus. Not needed for ZIA, GAR or JS since those are SE only and link correctly already.

  • Hi Lurty,

I am aware that I have overreacted with your ban. I was negatively surprised when I noticed how much had been cut from the Supported Mods page without consulting me or another admin first (well, I am the only active one at the moment, unfortunately). It is vandalism when content is cut in this way. I am aware that you might not have known supported mods encompassed the mods you cut from the page, but in the future you should check with me before removing content, there is most often a reason why it is there.

After banning you, I kept feeling that maybe I had been too hard on you, and so I looked back in your edits to see what other 'bad edits' I had in the back of my mind when I banned you, and they weren't as severe as I remembered. So, with 'only' the content removal and adding the Wyrmstooth link again, I didn't have a valid reason to ban you for such a long time, but a ban is necessary. I have reduced it to two weeks.

I also recognize that you have been contributing to the wiki for a few months now, and it is highly appreciated.

I will do my best to update the Supported Mods page. Supported Mods are not only mods that add displays, as is in the description on the nexusmods page.

By the way, I have seen the message to Ice. I understand you had no way of reaching me. I didn't revert your changes right away because I was on my phone when I enacted the ban, and hadn't had time to get on my computer (it was too much of a hassle to do on my phone). Regarding TMM, the link to the mod has been removed from the wiki, and the Legacy moderator that shared it has taken down the file. We will not be linking to the mod in the future, as with Wyrmstooth.

I know you can't reply to this wall post, but I wanted to explain to you the reasoning behind my actions. I can understand why you think I have overreacted, are frustrated and feel you have been treated wrongly, especially since you have been making some really good edits.

Hopefully I haven't taken away your motivation to help on the wiki.

    Regards, MerrianMay

  • How do you get such clean images for the pages? The best I can do is screenshotting then cropping from the item screen, but they never look that neat (see my additions to the Artifact of Skyrim pages) and mine are always off-center. I have SkyUI, if that's an issue.

    • A late reaction, but i personaly open the nif file and in render menu select screenshot. It gave me a screen with a background color black (you can change that color), I prefer this method because the screenshot are more cleaner thant IG one. This only work for items.

    • I had this happen to me on a new PC and new playthrough on SE. I changed it to -7 and it looked centred.
