Acquisition

The enchanted version can be found on a dresser in Astrid's quarters in the Dark Brotherhood Sanctuary. The unenchanted version can be bought from The Mad Masker's Shop in the Mind of Madness. If the leveled list version of the mod is installed, both item versions are instead found randomly in loot containers.
