Acquisition
The enchanted version can be found randomly in loot containers. The unenchanted version can be bought from The Mad Masker's Shop in the Mind of Madness. If the leveled list version of the mod is installed, both item versions are instead found randomly in loot containers.

The display can take both the unenchanted and enchanted version.
