Acquisition
Found in the storeroom beneath the staff barracks, on the right side of the room, between the wine racks and a stack of boxes and barrels. The painting will be displayed above the fireplace in the Reception Hall as part of the quest Night at the Museum and triggers the next stage of the quest. After completing the quest, the Ghost Helm will be found on the fireplace next to the painting.
Notes
- The painting does not appear until Night at the Museum has been started.
- Macnarian's Portrait depicts Lord Niles Macnarian, the original owner of the Dragonborn Gallery and was painted prior to his death.
