When entering from the Hall of Heroes, you'll find yourself in this main room of your private safehouse.
The door immediately to the left leads to a dining area and further into the Kitchen. The next door leads to the Crafting Room.
Between the two doors, next to the fireplace, a wood pile is located so you can access your stored firewood. Above the fireplace a single display appears after the completion of Shadows of One's Past. Once that quest is completed, you will get a family heirloom from Avram that can be displayed here.
In the northeastern corner there's a short stairway down that leads to the Explorer's Society Guild House, the doors to the east and south lead to the Patio of the Safehouse.
The next door leads to a weapons and armor storage room with different kinds of storage containers. The Sell Cart is also found here. It becomes available at 100 displays, after you have talked to Auryen about having too much stuff. However, the cart only sells at 30% of an item's value and does not take into account self-made enchantments of items. The Sales Income Box is located under the stairs in the main Living Room, it appears after speaking to Auryen about having too much stuff.
The stairs lead up to the Master Bedroom with the Bathing Room, the Safehouse Room A to the east and the Safehouse Room B to the west. On the walls of the western hallway there are spots to place six Paintings. A Book Return is located at the eastern end of the balcony. Any books placed here will automatically appear in the Book Return in The Library.
Under the stairs, next to the entrance from the Hall of Heroes, another Book Return is found. The dresser next to it contains storage space for scrolls, journals and notes, the Sales Income Box is located on top of it.
On the wall a Key Holder is placed where you can store keys that are no longer needed.
In the center of the Living Room, a Liquor Cabinet is found, it is linked to the one in the Kitchen and to the Wine Rack in the Museum Storeroom.
