SSE Version
The 3rd floor of the library has labeled bookcases, one for Skill Books, one for Spell Tomes and five more alphabetically sorted. These can be used to automatically sort into by the Book Return. It also contains a lot of Treasure Maps.
Note: The Book Return will only sort unread Skill Books into the Skill Book bookcase. Since books are automatically read when picking them up (unless you have a mod like Non-Auto Skill Books installed or let your follower pick them up), the Book Return doesn't recognize that it's a Skill Book and will sort it into the alphabetical bookcases.
