The Safehouse's Kitchen and Dining Room are places to eat, cook, and store food and clutter.
The Dining Room includes a long table, the Silver Hutch to the left of the entrance were you can put silverware to display, and one spot to put up a Painting (to the left of the Silver Hutch). The Dwemer Hutch is located on the right side of the room.
The Kitchen includes the following features (starting from the left of the entrance):
- A Liquor Cabinet which is linked to the one in the Living Room and to the Wine Rack in the Museum Storeroom.
- Three barrels where you can pour Ale, Nord Mead or Spiced Wine (up to three bottles per barrel and day).
- A spot to put up a Painting.
- A Butter Churn where you can craft Butter out of Milk.
- A Storage Closet where the Misc. Items barrel is found. It is connected to the Crafting Room's Clutter Chest.
- A Cooking Pot.
- A Dishes Hutch.
- If Cheesemod for EVERYONE and its corresponding patch is installed, a door leading to the Cheese Aging Room.
- An Oven.
- A door leading to the Patio.
The table in the center of the room features:
- Two Ice Boxes for raw and cooked foods.
- A wood pile to store firewood.
- A Water Fountain where you can refresh yourself.
- A Flour Mortar where you can craft Flour out of Wheat, Bone Meal out of Skulls or Troll Skulls; and Honey out of Honeycombs.
Storage
- The Silver Hutch in the Dining Room can be used to display various silver wares.
- The Dwemer Hutch in the Dining Room functions as a storage for various Dwemer dishware.
- The Dishes Hutch in the Kitchen can be used to display various house wares.
- The Misc. Items barrel in the Kitchen functions as a storage for various clutter items. It is connected to the Crafting Room's Clutter Chest.
Items can either be manually transferred into the Hutches, or you can use the Store house wares function of the Household Planner to automatically sort fitting items into them (for complete lists see below).
The Kitchen includes storage containers for a variety of items, foods, and ingredients. Depending on Craftloot and sorting settings, automatically sorting your supplies will place raw foods in the Icebox (Raw Foods), cooked foods in the Icebox (Cooked Foods), and beverages in the Liquor Cabinet.
If Cheesemod for EVERYONE and its corresponding patch is installed, a new Cheese Aging Room will be added next to the Dishes Hutch to display all 202 variants of cheese added by the mod, though not the six vanilla cheeses (these go into the Raw Foods Icebox).
Displays
The Kitchen and Dining Room have a variety of displays which provide visual flavor to the Safehouse, but do not count towards the Museum's exhibit total display count.
Liquor Cabinet
One Liquor Cabinet is located in the Kitchen, another in the Living Room. Both are interlinked with the Wine Rack in the Museum Storeroom.
Items in the Liquor Cabinet are displayed within, on the dining room table and on the Liquor cabinet in the Living Room.

The Raw Foods Icebox is located underneath the table in the kitchen and contains various raw foods.

Misc. Items storage
The Misc. Items storage barrel is located in the Storage Closet in the kitchen corner opposite of the kitchen doors. It shares its inventory with the Misc. Items storage of the Craftloot system.
