Interesting NPCs Room

If Interesting NPCs SE by Kris Takahashi and its corresponding patch is installed, a new room will appear in the Hall of Oddities.

The static displays and most of the collectible items are quest related. Some of the quests have specific conditions you have to meet in order for them to start. The quest overviews that are linked to from here will provide this info. 

The following quests are not required for any of the displays:
