The Scorched Hammer in Riften, in the basement on top of some hay bales to the left of the ladder.

Trivia

This sword is based on the Zanpakutō of Ichigo Kurosaki, the main character of the manga/anime Bleach. Presumably, it's referred to as "Ichigo Kurosaki Sword" because Zanpakutō is the general name given to the weapons wielded by the Soul Reapers from the series, and Zangetsu (the name of Ichigo's specific Zanpakutō) is also a character in it's own right.
