Depending on the Immersive Armors MCM settings, it can be
- Randomly found in chests, sold by vendors and worn by Stormcloak Generals
and/or - Crafted at a forge.

"Advanced Armors" smithing perk needed:
Notes
- Requires Immersive Armors.
- If the MCM setting "Crafting Without Questing" is deactivated, you must have joined the Stormcloaks before the Smithing Recipe will be available.
- Armory items cannot be put manually on display. Use the Display Prep Station in the Curator's Office or put them in the 'Armory Storage' cabinet at the stairs to the armory's lower level for them to display.
