Can be found on Herebane Sorenshield who resides either at Greenwall Cave (dead) or (for some players) on the Balcony (alive) in the Kilkreath Ruins. A theory is that the living Herebane on the Kilkreath Balcony is added by Cutting Room Floor.

The display can take both the original and the replica.

You need to have the original in your inventory for the replica recipe to be available.
