In a radiant location. The Jarl of Winterhold, Korir, asks the player to retrieve it for him to further secure his claim as Jarl.

Notes
- The original is turned in during the quest, so only the replica can be displayed.
- You only need to have had the item in your inventory for the replica recipe to be unlocked.
- Can be put manually on display, by using the Display Prep Station in the Curator's Office or by putting it in the 'Armory Storage' cabinet at the stairs to the armory's lower level.
