In the Hall of Secrets you can store the things you attain in unlawful ways, such as trophies from the special Thieves Guild jobs and skulls of the people you kill during the Dark Brotherhood questline.
There are also two special areas of the secret lair, one dedicated to vampires, the other dedicated to werewolves.

- Arvak's Skull: It is a quest item for the quest Find Arvak's Skull. It can be found east of the boneyard entrance where Valerica is found. It is on a pedestal.
- Habd's Remains: A quest item found in the Frostflow Abyss. The remains can be found on the body of a chaurus reaper.
- Pelagius' Hipbone: Given to you by Dervenin in Solitude when the quest The Mind of Madness is accepted.
