Acquisition
- Ragged Flagon Cistern in Riften, appears on the shelf behind Mercer Frey's desk after completing 25 Thieves Guild jobs.
- Classic only: When using Destroy the Thieves Guild, it will instead be in The Pawned Prawn in Riften, where it can either be bought or stolen.
- SSE only: Destroy the Thieves Guild hasn't been ported to SSE, but it's acquisition method has been added by Legacy in addition to the "normal" one. So if you don't want to do 25 jobs, you can still acquire the item from The Pawned Prawn.
