Follower's Room A is an option for Safehouse Room A. You can buy the receipt from Bits and Pieces in Solitude.
Follower's Room A
If you buy the "Safehouse Follower Furniture Receipt (A)" (3040 Gold), it will be automatically added to the Household Planner in the Master Bedroom. Here you can set up the room to contain 4 beds, 4 chests, 4 end tables and lamps, shelf, table and chairs, bar set, kegs, and assorted decor for your followers.
Followers need a framework like Nether's Follower Framework, a mod like My Home is Your Home or have the ability to move in on their own (for mod added followers) in order to accept the place as a home. Not all followers are capable of moving in.
If Legacy of the Dragonborn - Additional Display Patches (Unofficial) is installed, a display for Serana can be added to this room or Follower's Room B.
The patch also installs an additional display here or in the Follower's Room B for Teldryn Serious, if that mod is installed.
Note: With Khajiit Will Follow and the Legacy of the Dragonborn - Followers Patch installed, you'll have to decide where to set up the displays on installation (don't choose the same room, they will overlap and can NOT be changed midgame). The Khajiit Will Follow displays will be described on the Follower's Room B page.
