Acquisition
- The basic version is found in the Temple of the Divines in Solitude, on top of some crates in the basement area before Potema's Catacombs.
- It can be upgraded to the ultra version at the Skyforge in Whiterun. You'll need one of each Amulet of the Nine Divines, their enchantments will be added to the basic enchantment of the shield.
Notes
- Requires Oblivion Artifact Pack.
- This item is based on the Tower of the Nine from The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion.
- The museum display accepts both versions.
