I entrust the artifact to you, Drelan, and I expect you to ensure its safety. I don't need to express to you how valuable and important of a relic this is. It is without a doubt, one of the most historically significant Dwemer artifacts in Tamriel.
I also hope that I do not need to stress the fact that to wield this object will INSTANTLY KILL YOU. Make sure to carry it from the head and the pommel and do so carefully. Keep it locked up and pass the entire safe to the recipient who will ensure its internment inside of a secluded Dwemer ruin which he has the means to protect it within. Nobody will be able to get through the barriers once they are raised.
