The unenchanted version can be looted off the Dragon Priest Morokei in Labyrinthian Tribune during the quest 'The Staff of Magnus'.
Recipe
Crafted at a Tanning Rack with the following materials:
- Morokei mask
- 1 Iron Ingot
- 1 Leather Strips
Notes
- Requires Amulets of Skyrim.
- The amulet can be re-crafted back into the Morokei mask at a Tanning Rack.
- The museum display accepts both versions.
