Acquisition
Saarthal Excavation, during the quest 'Under Saarthal', they are lying on the floor at three locations in the nearby passageways near Arniel.
Notes
You don't get an option for a replica even after you turn them in to Arniel for completing the optional task of the quest. He takes all the rings from you, but he is more concerned with the mess you have made than with the new artifacts, and does not give you any reward (not even a boost to his disposition). Therefore, you may prefer to instead keep the rings.
