Acquisition
Given by the Jarl of Windhelm when the player is named Thane of Eastmarch. Alternatively, another can be found in the Palace of the Kings Upstairs (North-western entrance), in the first room to the right, on top of the end table directly to the right of the bed.
Notes
- The craftable Eastmarch Silver Amulet is not accepted by the display, despite the identical appearance.
