This area can be accessed from the second floor of the Hall of Heroes. The Dragonborn Hall houses several static displays that will appear upon completing either specific quests within Legacy of the Dragonborn, vanilla Skyrim or supported quest mods. The hidden entrance to the Hall of Secrets is also located here.
The displays are listed below as they are arranged in game, from left to right.
Ceiling
For every Dragon Shout fully unlocked (meaning that you have found all three words of power and unlocked them by spending Dragon Souls) a banner will be hung from the ceiling that shows the respective words in the Dragon Language.
Top Floor
Dragonborn Quest Display
A quest display for the Dragonborn DLC. The quest display will activate after completing the final quest of the main questline, At the Summit of Apocrypha.
Dark Brotherhood Display
A quest display for the Dark Brotherhood Questline. The quest display will activate after completing the main questline. It can either be a display for becoming the Listener after completing the quest Hail Sithis!, or a display for destroying the Dark Brotherhood.
Companions Display
A quest display for the Companions questline. The quest display will activate after completing the final quest of the main questline, Glory of the Dead.
Explorer's Guild Display
A quest display for the Explorer's Society. The quest display will activate after recruiting all explorers during Digging Up Explorers. If the player starts the game with the alternate Relic Hunter- Guildmaster Start SE, it will be activated by default since Digging Up Explorers is already completed.
College of Winterhold Display
A quest display for the College of Winterhold questline. The quest display will activate after completing final quest of the main questline, The Eye of Magnus.
Shrines Display
A display for the Shrines of the Nine Divines. Each shrine will be activated after finding and using a shrine.

A display of the thirteen Standing Stones scattered across Skyrim. Each Stone will be activated after finding and using a Standing Stone. Note that you don't have to accept the blessing of the Stone, activating it and then leaving the menu will do.

A quest display for the Blades. The quest display will activate after rebuilding the Blades.
Thieves Guild Display
A quest display for the Thieves Guild questline. The quest display will activate after completing the main questline. It can either be a display for becoming the Guildmaster after completing the quest Darkness Returns, or a display for disbanding the Thieves Guild. This alternate display is only available if Destroy the Thieves Guild is installed.
Civil War Display
A quest and item display for the Civil War questline. The quest display will activate after completing the main questline. It can either be a display for an Imperial Victory, or one for a Stormcloak Victory.

Bard's College Display
A quest display for the Bard's College. The quest display will activate after returning all the instruments.
Dawnguard Display
A quest display for the Dawnguard DLC. The quest display will activate after completing the main questline. It can either be a display for a Dawnguard victory after killing Feran Sadri, or a display for a Volkihar victory after completing the quest Kindred Judgment.

A quest and item display for the mod The Forgotten City. The quest display will activate after completing the main questline with the good ending.

The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal Display
A quest and item display for the mod The Gray Cowl of Nocturnal SE. The quest display will activate after completing the main questline. After retrieving the Gray Cowl (which will be displayed in the Daedric Exhibit Hall), talk to Seviana Umbranox and escort her and Luvien to the Solitude docks to complete the main questline.
