This problem is most likely caused by a mod conflict between Legacy of the Dragonborn and city overhauls modifying Solitude's navmesh, which results in actors being unable to navigate their way towards the Guildhouse due to an improper navmesh. The best way to solve this, is to look whether or not your preferred city overhaul has a compatibility patch with Legacy and load this patch after all mods modifying Solitude. This will load the proper navmesh, allowing the guild members to find their way |

Recruit members for the Explorer's Society.
Walk-through
After reading Auryen's letter, this quest should automatically start. The letter can be found on top of the world map on the table in the explorer's guild house.
The quest will show you where each of your recruits is at.
Latoria: The Frozen Hearth, Winterhold.
Marassi: Wandering around Whiterun usually in the Whiterun Market.
Eriana: Inside Nightgate Inn west of Windhelm.
Kyre: Outside Left hand Mine, near Markarth.
Madras: Understone Keep, Markarth. Working with Calcelmo.
When going to the Explorer's Society Guild House after quest completion Latoria will greet you and give the ring Wanderlust.
