The Daedric Room is located to the north on the ground level of Deepholme. In this room the Daedric artifacts you have found can be displayed. They have to be placed in the "Daedric Relics" chest at the center of the room.
Note that it is not possible to fill all displays without the use of console commands, as some items are either mutually exclusive (e.g. The Rueful Axe and the Masque of Clavicus Vile) or will normally be turned in (e.g. the Skeleton Key).
