Acquisition
Locations include:
- Fort Dawnguard, in the main lobby on the ground floor, on a weapon rack.
- Wielded by Dawnguard members.
Smithing recipe
Crafting the item requires the Steel Smithing perk. It can be made at a forge with the following materials:
