Acquisition
Unenchanted variants can be found throughout Skyrim from level 48, and enchanted variants can be found from level 49.
Locations include:
- Found as random loot in chests, or as a world item throughout Skyrim.
- Dropped as random loot by legendary dragons.
Smithing recipe
Crafting the item requires a smithing level of 90 and the Daedric Smithing perk. It can be made at a forge with the following materials:
- 1 Daedra Heart
- 2 Leather Strips
- 3 Ebony Ingots
