Basically it lets you get EVERY item added from a mods over a virtual chest so you will never have to fiddle again with player.additem again, I bet it comes really handy for cataloging LOTD and displayable items, this guy showcases it pretty well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-uMK0KUtVHg
I'm using it for the new Dawnguard Arsenal support, and it adds like 15 weapons which are displayable in the Armory with the patch. Would have been too much of a hassle to add them all by hand through console but with this mod it's literally just a click and "drag" to your player
You know what I can now help you with the Armory page, always restraint myself from doing it because working with console was too annoying for me but with this mod in hand it became piss easy :P
Sounds great :D I have a load of pictures for the Armory on the drive that I handed over to the data recovery guy, so wait with taking pictures of the items currently on the page until I know whether I can get them all back or not. I had just finished taking all those pictures when I reinstalled Windows, so I really hope I can get them back. Or else it is 200+ pictures down the drain :(

Just wanted to rephrase my answer a bit, it is all the armory items that I have refIDs for, and for most of them also weight, value and type.
