Acquisition
Wolfskull Cave, looted off the ritual master during the quest 'The Man Who Cried Wolf'.
Quest
Reading Auryen's Notes on the Bloodworm Helm will start the untracked quest 'Auryen's Notes: The Bloodworm Helm' to retrieve the item.
Notes
- If the item was already found, use Setstage DBM_AMJournalQST06 50 to finish the quest.
- The display can take both the original and the replica.
- You need to have the original in your inventory for the replica recipe to be available.

Made at the Replica Station in the Curator's Office with the following materials:
