Avram is the museum guard and will spawn in the Hall of Heroes once you have 175 display.
After the completion of 'The Vaults of Deepholme', he will become the "boss" of the Explorer's Society Guards.
Avram has a brother, Jelal, with whom he lead an Alik'r bandit faction before repenting and turning away from criminal life. During his time as a guard in the Dragonborn museum, his past catches up with him, resulting in the events of 'Shadows of One's Past'.
