Acquisition
Gloomreach, in the hive section, down one of the holes in the ground next to or below the Skeleton of Arkayn.
Notes
- One of the tribute items that are named after several special people who have helped in one way or another during the development of Legacy of the Dragonborn.
Special Ability
Arkayn's Tool Bag has the ability to store a selection of relics that normally provide buffs to the player while retaining the ability they add. The weight of the bag will adjust depending on how many relics are in the bag. The relics it supports are:
- Deck of Arms, Deck of Builders, Deck of Demons, Deck of Draconians, Deck of Fortune, Deck of Mystics, Deck of Shadows, Deck of Spiders, Deck of Travellers, Deck of Walls
