Found on Nelacar's desk in The Frozen Hearth Inn during the quest "The Black Star" after successfully corrupting Azura's Star.
Notes
- Since this amulet only spawns if the player decides to choose to corrupt the Azura's Star, it's impossible to obtain both this item and the Amulet of Azura's Star.
- If Amulets of Skyrim Tweaks and Fixes by Oooiii is installed, this amulet will spawn regardless of the choice made during the quest.
