Found on Alvante the Sly, an inactive skeleton in Peak's Shade Tower near the chest.
Notes
- Requires Oblivion Artifact Pack.
- Alvante the Sly's corpse will despawn a while after the first time you visited Peak's Shade Tower, making this artifact unobtainable if you didn't loot him the first time around. During the Legacy quest "Shadows of One's Past", the second load of Heist Loot spawns near the tower. This may count as a "visit" to the location, even if the location does not become marked on the map.
